Initiatives for 2008
May 2008: Micki McMillan is on the faculty for Naropa University’s Coaching for Authentic Leadership Certificate Program this spring. This course's primary focus is teaching professional coaches and leaders how to integrate meditation and authentic leadership principles in their own coaching practices.
March 11, 2008: During this private event, Renee Moorefield will be the keynote speaker for Centura Health’s Transformational Coaching Program. She will discuss how to direct coaching toward the health, well-being and sustainability of people and organizations.
January 2008: Micki McMillan is providing facilitator training for the Mildred Arnold G. Foundation throughout 2008. This Larimer County, Colorado non-profit organization devotes itself to mentoring and empowering diverse multi-generational women.
Recent Engagements
November 15: Micki McMillan spoke at the Women’s Vision Foundation’s Savvy Salon. The topic was Lessons of the Ladder. More info
November 14: Wisdom Works co-sponsored a special event along with the Women's Vision Foundation called CultureShift - What Is the Future of Leadership and How Can We As Leaders Help Shape It? Over 100 men and women spent the day discovering new personal and strategic perspectives of leadership.
November 1: Wisdom Works CEO Renee Moorefield co-presented with Laura Quinn of the Center for Creative Leadership at the International Leadership Association conference in Vancouver, BC.
