Are you generating Wellth?

Wisdom Works has developed The 7 Essentialssm, a proprietary model that supports businesses and leaders in achieving sustainable success (wellth).

Derived from human wisdom, Eastern and Western traditions and disciplines, The 7 Essentialssm are seven principles that work in relationship with one another, because they are the essence of all healthy, living systems - systems that produce results organically.

The 7 Essentialssm are the "seven habits of wholeness" for a new millennium, and a necessity for 21st century leaders.

The 7 Essentialssm For Success Definitions
More than just "ethics", Integrity means playing to your strengths, core values and mission. Together they make up your corporate DNA, the soul of your business—the unique design that literally no competitor can replicate. Core question: are we designed for success?
Aspiration means the ability to define the results that matter most to your business—a vision and set of measurable goals for the future you want to create. Core question: are we clear about the results we want to create?
Simplicity is the principle of focus, choice and the expenditure of energy. It pays attention to leverage—to finding the key actions that will bring the biggest return for the smallest amount of energy expended. Core question: do we know where to focus?
Most companies are excellent at taking action. Movement however refers to "right" action, similar to the Christian teaching of "doing unto others as you would have done unto you." This principle incorporates your relationships with others, your business strategies and activities. Core question: are we taking the right actions?
Underneath creativity lies a fundamental orientation, best defined by a Buddhist concept called the "beginner’s mind". Innovation refers to an ability to be curious and open to learning. This means consciously checking our assumptions and mental models, and incorporating after action learning into our business processes. Core question: do we know how to experiment?
Most often used in reference to the natural environment, Sustainability as a principle invokes a broader premise—the ability to operate in ways that are most advantageous for our future. Like the Native American practice of looking seven generations out, this principle considers the structures, systems and capabilities needed to maintain healthy results over the long term. Core question: do we know what enables our results to stick?
Renewal is the principle of recovery. All healthy systems must replenish their energy and vitality or burn out. In Chinese medical traditions this is known as cultivating "chi". Renewal includes rest time, healing and rituals built into the natural course of doing business. Core question: do we know how best to recharge?
